Q: How do I enter my registration code?

Q: I downloaded your game, but cannot find it. What do I do?
A: Make sure to note the location of the download. Here is a
download tutorial. Our products are downloaded as install files.

Q: Many of your games are missing suits. One game has four aces of spades but no hearts, diamonds or clubs. What gives?
A: To simplify play, we use the least amount of suits possible in Funsol Solitaire. To see all of the suits go to the Options screen and uncheck Use Short Suits under the General Tab.
Q: I get a message saying my sound won't work every time I run your game. Can I fix this?
A: Yes, you need to download the latest DirectX drivers for your system. Go to the
DirectX Web Site to download and install the latest drivers.
Q: Some of my games are not listed in Funsol anymore. Where did they go and can I get them back?
A: Yes, the games are still there. To restore the list go to the Select a Different Game screen and press the LIST ALL GAMES button.
Q: The cards are garbled or appear transparent. Can this be fixed?
A: Yes, this is caused by using 256 color mode. Change your color depth to 16 bit color or higher.
Q: Funsol is exiting with an error. What is wrong?
A: The most common reason is a faulty graphics driver. Try updating your graphics driver by going to your graphics card manufacturers web site and downloading the latest driver.
Another reason is that your system may not meet the requirements.
Q: I have download one of your products. Will I be charged for using it?
A: Our products offer free seven day trials. We obtain no information about you or your system during this time. See our
